Boardwalk holiday lights tradition at Hampton Roads on the Virginia Beach boardwalk will begin in November. Touchless ticketing is new this year.

Boardwalk Holiday Lights: Just in Time for the Holidays

Beginning on Friday, November 13, and continuing nightly through January 3, 2021, Bayport Credit Union Holiday Lights tickets have now gone on sale.

There is a requirement in that guests will purchase tickets in advance, online through Eventbrite. Also, tickets are going to be scanned on mobile devices and limited person-to-person contact upon entry.

Boardwalk Holiday Lights Displays

Guests can drive vehicles on the Virginia Beach Boardwalk through the holiday. In addition, there will be nautical, and adventure-themed light displays. At the same time, you can listen to a holiday soundtrack on the radio.

The perennial favorites are back this year including festive fish, musical crabs, and hard-working elves. In addition, there will be a Surfing Santa. Also, new for 2020, is a 40-foot tall dancing light Christmas tree.

Bayport Credit Union Holiday Lights at the Beach Schedule

The dates included are November 13 through January 3 nightly. All discounted corporate and school tickets are available. Also, contact the IMGoing office at 333-0921 to order. In addition, the hours of operations are Sunday through Thursday from 5:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. and on Friday through Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 11 p.m. In addition, the admission prices are for: passenger vehicles – $17; limousines – $30; buses – $50 and mini-buses – $30. Military Monday, presented by Bayport Credit Union, offers $5 off admission for passenger vehicles providing military ID.
